Hack Squat

It is an exercise that does not have the same name with free weight. It is a machine strung on two rails through which it makes its way.

The support itself, is a backrest with two protrusions under which we will support the shoulders to push up, and a floor, proportionally inclined for the feet.

Thus arranged, the essence is the same as the squats. Straight feet facing forward, and lower as much as you can, and then go back up again.
