Scott bench with biceps bar

Take an EZ bar with palms up, hands shoulder width apart, and sit on a Scott bench. Rest the back of your upper arms on the bench padding, stretching your arms all the way out.

Retract the biceps to bring the bar to the shoulders, lift the bar as high as you can keeping the biceps in constant tension, pause and then slowly lower the bar to the starting position.
