To execute the biceps dumbbell curl, we must grasp a dumbbell of the same mileage with each hand. We will extend the arms completely, releasing of tension to the elbows, without benting them holding the weights with supine grasp.
We will open the legs to improve our stability and we will place the back straight and the chest outwards. Simultaneously lift both dumbbells until you reach the shoulders. Avoid unnecessary pulling or strange movements that could compromise your health.
