Rich in vitamins E, K and group B; in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, iron, iodine; in fiber, antioxidants, vegetable proteins and healthy fats.
It can be eaten raw, toasted or mashed like the famous tahini. It is used in bakery and can be used in soups, rice, sautéed, salads, among others.
