General X-Ray

An x-ray (x-ray) is a medical test that does not involve instruments that break the skin or physically penetrate the body. This test helps doctors diagnose and treat medical conditions. X-ray imaging requires exposure of a part of the body to a small dose of ionizing radiation to produce images of the inside of the body. -What is it for? X-rays are done to see pictures of structures inside the body, such as organs, tissues, or bones. They are very useful in the diagnosis of bone fractures, inflammations, effusions, infections and even tumours.
