Wayuu Backpacks

Wayuu women have designed brightly colored backpacks to give to one of the desert areas of Colombia, such as La Guajira, where you can see the fabrics hanging on trunks next to hammocks that surround the sea.

These backpacks always tell a story related to stars, animals or plants. To do this, each Indian takes in his hands thread, and begins the run to create a unique design that has come out of his inspiration.
