Our daily menu is a delicious mixture of flavors that your palate will love.

Every day we have the opportunity to cook a different dish made up of a delicious protein such as steak, liver and onions, meat on the grill, fish, bittersweet pork, tongue in sauce, orange chicken, garlic pork, among others. Traditional soup of the region, sancocho, beans, ajiaco, mondongo and creams. White rice, experimental rice ( mixed), accompanied by different derived meals from yucca or banana in different presentations besides a good portion of fried vegetables, purees, pastas, eggplant with cheese, salad and of course natural juice or sirope
