The raw material that reaches the Prolácteos plants comes directly from peasant families with livestock tradition in the region; the hands involved in the production process are all sisters of this land. Our company works from the local value in its main mission: to transform milk.

With more than 30 years of experience, Prolácteos has evolved from the artisan manufacture of cheese, to a sophisticated industrial production with high quality standards, currently taking care of the entire process, from pasteurization to final packaging. We believe that the greatest value we can offer as a company is the dedication to our work; therefore, we strive to grow and innovate constantly.

We have a great variety of products. A diversity of cheese, among which our Saravena cheese stands out, with its own and exclusive formula, the traditional curd cheese, the first protagonist of this story, and our star, the delicious and stretchable double cream cheese. Our yogurts are an explosion of sweetness capable of delighting the smallest and the oldest alike, with their delicious and unique flavours such as Red Fruits and Kiwi. And of course, our traditional arequipe, perfect to accompany any craving.
