A dream of love for coffee brings to Roldanillo the first espresso machine -in the year 2016- from that moment until today our commitment and respect for the wisdom and effort of the coffee grower remain intact. The journey from sowing the seed to making a cup of coffee is long and its final result depends largely on the barista, so we are a team of passionate people who really love their work and as love is in the details we take care of each grain and each presentation to enjoy the best coffee in the region.

We share with pleasure all the knowledge and the passion so that you enjoy different preparations and filtered. Additionally, we have spaces thought exclusively in the comfort of our clients; in the first level we find an avant-garde design that invites to meet with friends and leads us to think that the coffee does not know borders, the second level is a more welcoming space that does homage to the tradition and is ideal to read a book or to work while you enjoy a special coffee.
